So lately most of my work has been computer based. which is odd for me seeing as I dont really ever get ot touch it. BUT NOW I do thanks to the amazing 3d printer we have here.here's a sample of something i could end up printing.

- Born and raised in Dallas, Texas. Moved to Westchester NY for college and Graduated in May 2010 Art+Design conservatory at SUNY Purchase College. Experimental work with glass and ceramics often combined with welded steel. Other metal experments includid soldering and bronze casting explorations. Into creating large scale abstract or grotesque figure work. Teaches a Summer welding intensive course In Massachusetts every Summer since 2011. Rebeca Acosta was born in Dallas, Texas in 1988. She received her BFA from SUNY Purchase College of Art and Design in 2010. Rebeca has exhibited in Dallas, Texas, New York City and Massachusetts where she has a permanent installation (2014) at Snow Farm The New England Craft School.She lives and works in Brooklyn, New York.
